I am currently undergoing a grad class w...Mr. Birk,<br />I am currently undergoing a grad class which requires me to research educational leaders who use reflective blogging. I stumbled across you blog and found it to be both educational and inspiring. I especially enjoyed reading your blog about the first days of school. I could not agree more, we need to make this day the most special day for our students, staff, families, and community. I was inspired to think about how I could embrace the ideas of staff and students, draft up as many ideas as possible and make this day the best day ever to kick off the school year. When I become principal, I will reflect on this blog and I am determined to make this work.
